Refund policy
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unopened and unused
• In the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened hair oil products cannot be returned. Hair oil products are considered opened once the dropper cap has been unscrewed.
To start a return request, please contact us at support@oilandcomb.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Oil + Comb reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@oilandcomb.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used hair oil products
• Personal care products that have been opened or used
• Items damaged after delivery
• Sale items
• Gift cards
If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item (if eligible). Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@oilandcomb.com.
