Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–7 business days after they are placed. During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We ship using economy shipping services to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible.
Estimated delivery times after shipment typically range from 3–8 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Oil + Comb is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
We recommend allowing additional time during holidays, peak shipping seasons, or severe weather conditions.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oil + Comb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local postal office, or the shipping carrier for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@oilandcomb.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
